I can not state enough how important it is, at least in my case, to have that personal touch. You can tell the difference between a book that has been carefully thought out and made with quality materials over one that has been fabricated using cheap internet downloads and printed on low quality paper. For me as long as I can touch and feel what I am buying I can purchase it with confidence.
