Don’t Forget To Capture The Important Moments
All parents want to be able to remember all the special moments in our child’s life. Unfortunately that is very difficult to do. You can however get pretty close to that by taking pictures. When you have a photo of a special moment it is easier to remember when you look at it. Take as many pictures as you can because when you look at the picture you will be ale t remember almost everything from that photo. It would be difficult to capture every important moment with a photo but you may want to try.
You could try making a scrapbook album with photos and memories of each child’s life. When your child becomes an adult you could give them their scrapbook as a gift. You will have many years to enjoy the scrapbook and when your child becomes an adult they will get the scrapbook to enjoy and share with their family.
Do not let a year go by without getting photos. You will want pictures of your child during each age. The first time you bring your new baby home and gently lay her in the crib be sure that you have a camera on hand. You will want to start your scrapbook with a picture like that.
Over the years your children will grow and give you plenty of opportunities for photos. You will want to remember the first time your child tried to ride a bike so have your camera with you. You will be able to put the picture of your child sitting so proud on the new bike and wearing the new black helmet that you bought in the scrapbook. Both of you will want to keep this memory forever.
On your child’s firs day of school be sure that you have your camera ready. Your baby is not a baby anymore and is becoming more independent. This will not be easy for you or your child. Some parents do not want their baby to grow up but there is nothing we can do to stop it. Before you know it your child is getting a drivers license and you will want to capture this with a photo.
Just as you took a picture of their first bike ride you will want to take a picture of their first time driving a car. Remember how proud your child felt sitting on top of that bike? Your baby will feel even more proud and grown up sitting in his new car. Be sure to add this picture along with all the others to his scrapbook.
One day your child will have a family of their own and having the scrapbook to show their family will mean a lot. It will seem as though just the other day you were snapping that first photo of your newborn asleep in the baby bed. Now you are snapping a photo as your child rushes off to prom. After you have all of these memories put together in a scrapbook you will be surprised at how much has happened over the years. When your child is graduating be sure to take lots of pictures because this is another big moment. This is a great time to give the scrapbook to your child as a gift.
